• Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment and written confirmation from us via email or message.
• Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the agreed rate. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Government taxes, tolls, parking fees, entry permits, and other charges may apply and will be informed during booking.

Cancellation charges apply as follows:

• Cancelled 30 days before travel 60% refund
• Cancelled 15–30 days before travel 40% refund
• Cancelled Less than 15 days before travel No refund
• Cancellation by company due to unavoidable events 100% refund or reschedule option.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days.

• Guests must carry valid ID proof during travel
• Follow driver and guide safety instructions
• Respect local laws and environment
• Damage to vehicles or property will be charged to the guest
• Illegal or unsafe behavior may lead to service termination without refund

Travel involves risks such as weather conditions, road closures, landslides, or delays. We are not liable for:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Traffic or mechanical delays
• Loss of personal belongings
• Injury during adventure or travel activities unless due to proven negligence

We are not responsible for failure or delay due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.

All website content, logos, and branding belong to the company and may not be reused without written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes fall under Indian jurisdiction.
